Grant has been a chef for over 20 years, working in some top fine dining restaurants and catering for some fantastic events, here in NZ, as well as many cities in the UK. 
He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a drive to create exciting and inventive dishes which is evident in our offerings to you. Grant believes in providing our clients with exceptional quality, which will bring them back year after year.  
At home Grant is a proud father to 3 children. His biggest food critic is his 5 year old daughter. His biggest challenge was teaching his wife how to cook! 
In his spare time, Grant enjoys working on his much loved lifestyle property, tending to his animals and working on his vege patch. Grant believes that the fresh is best policy is just as important at home as it is at work!
