QUESTION - John, where have you come from.
ANSWER - Before working for the GCC I was the café manager at Altura Café, Albany, I was there for 2 ½ years.
QUESTION - You have been with us before? What brought you back to GCC?
ANSWER - I came back to GCC because of the amazing family feel about the business, the work ethics and also the daily challenges also to further develop my career…….and of course to work with Sue again.
QUESTION - What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
ANSWER - I love spending time & relaxing with my partner Helene and if she’s working I do a lot of long-distance running (on road & off road) & training at the gym.
QUESTION - What do you like most about working at GCC?
ANSWER - At GCC we always exceed expectations, we pay attention to detail and we always make it happen.
QUESTION - You are a chef by trade, what do you enjoy cooking the most?
ANSWER - I enjoy cooking fresh & healthy New Zealand products with amazing flavours in the comfort of our own home with either just family or friends.
