Ben has been a chef for over 10 years and began his career working in rosetted hotels around the Home Counties in the UK. He then moved to London to further his career and worked with well known chefs in fine dining restaurants. He has a real person for food that next took him to Australia, working in some of the top restaurants in the country before settling in New Zealand. 

He has a real passion for food and loves trying new flavours and combinations and enjoys eating out a lot. In his spare time he enjoys reading and fishing and loves the city feel of Auckland while still being close to nature.
