Georgia Traill - Staff Manager
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Georgia stepped into the role of Staffing Manager at Great Catering after being a dedicated supervisor in the front of house team for three years. Through gaining knowledge of the company over her time spent at functions, Georgia is able to take her FOH experience and use it to her advantage, helping her understand the needs of the wait staff.
Georgia has a passion for HR and providing a welcoming, productive workplace for all employees. Her HR skills stem from the Bachelor of Business that Georgia has studied, majoring in Human Resource Management and Marketing. In her spare time, Georgia enjoys spending time with loved ones and dining out in Auckland’s vibrant restaurant scene.
Mark Pummell - Staff Trainer
Mark has been with the Great Catering Company since 2012 and started as a waiter whilst he was working for a school. In recent years he has felt a shift towards his love for food, drink and serves which led to his role here at The Great Catering Company.
He loves to see people enjoying the ‘experience’ of food and drink and he feels through developing our staff we can achieve this.
In his downtime, he brews all-grain beers, plays the guitar, ventures onto the mountain to ski and snowboard and is an avid fan of Ice Hockey.
